Catherine Spriggs - Profile

I joined the Buxton Junior School Governing Body in March 2016. My background is in science and engineering. After completing a Masters in Civil Engineering I spent 10 years working in the Construction Industry. I moved to Buxton in 2004 and now work at the Health and Safety Laboratories in Harpur Hill as a Project Manager in their Major Hazards team.

I have two children who will be attending the Junior School in the coming years and look forward to becoming involved in the Financial and Estate Management of the School as well as acting as Link Governor for Science
